S5 is a wrap. Well done to everyone who made it out and handled the mix of conditions. From the fast speed on the groom to the challenging single track, we had over 300 attempts throughout the week and it was great watching the leaderboard swap back and forth across the top 10’s throughout the week.
For S6, we now head west – to Legacy. A brand new location for us and the FBC. The groom there is wonderful and the segment should be a blast. A few notes though. This is a short segment, the shortest ever for us. Pay special attention during your laps for those going both faster and slower than you may be. Give a thumbs up and a shout of encouragement if you do. Also, the segment does not double-back on itself but if not careful, you may inadvertently ride it that way. So note the route/layout and please keep your eyes up while riding. Lastly, Tuesday’s weather looks pretty warm. This is likely a good day to avoid putting a run in.
